Accra Backup Service offers a file versioning service with your backup account.
Based on the backup package selected, multiple versions of files can be saved on the server. Users must identify to the Accra Backup support how many versions they wish to create for files. If the versioning service is activated in your backup account, users can control when to enable or disable the versioning option.
IMPORTANT The required (maximum) number of versions must be specified to Accra Backup support team prior to the user enabling the versioning feature. The support team will configure your Backup Account to permit the number of versions specified.

Benefits of Using Versioning
•Users can restore a previous version of a file.
•Previous versions of a file are store in a special format containing enough information to rebuild the file on demand, tremendously reducing disk space on the server making the versioning option affordable for users.
To enable/activate versioning for the selected profile, place a check mark in the Enable Versioning field.
